Returns


If you wish to return boxes unopened Swiftips, please contact us for pre-approval of the return. Returns will subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%, and are subject to an inspection by us upon return. Please contact swiftcare@emblation.com or phone 844-SWFT-PRO (844-793-8776).

When a return is authorized by us you will be directed as to where to ship the item.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, review your credit card account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, call us at 844-SWFT-PRO (844-793-8776). to make arrangements.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
